You can only watch Canal+ in the EU. The IP address used is registered outside the EU. Are you not located outside the EU? Check whether you are using a VPN that makes it look as if you are. |
100 - The number of active devices for this customer has been reached |
You can watch with up to two devices simultaneously. Check that CANAL+ is not active on more than two devices. Close CANAL+ on other devices. |
102 - In your settings, mobile data viewing has been disabled |
In the ‘Settings - Mobile data usage’ menu, the ‘Wi-Fi streaming only’ option is enabled. Disable this option if you also want to watch using mobile data. Please note: Streaming can use a lot of data. In the same menu, you can limit the bandwidth by reducing the image quality. |
372 - The selected device cannot be deleted from the account |
You cannot delete a device if it is in active use. |
403 - CANAL+ registration on my smart TV failed. |
The QR code to pair your smart TV may have expired. Uninstall the CANAL+ app and log in again. Pair your TV again with the new QR code. |
407 - There are too many devices associated with the account |
In the pop-up, an option will appear to delete a device that you no longer use. First delete a device and then add a new device. |
